I agree with nine9...one of your best still life's that you have posted to date.
I really like it. I can see this hanging in a museum or gallery or on the walls of many people's homes. It's certainly salable.
I'm not much of a manipulator when it comes to photography. My journalistic background decrees us not to alter the scene so that an image remains credible to veiwers.
But I am confused. How come the texture over the photo does not show on the fruit? Excuse my ignorance.
And congrats on your purchase of the portal studio. Its already paying dividends

after i used the texture i added a mask in photoshop and erased the texture on the fruit so it only remains on the bg
