I wanted to draw Leslie, my character Lia, and the triplets more zoomed-out, so...Everyone but my new character Umbrella (the one in the purple umbrella hat and red jumper) is drawn to scale.

I think your anatomy is a bit off. The head shapes on the triplets look too edgey , and most of the characters have very big noses that need to be a bit smaller. Kat is the best one anatomy wise , just make hands a bit smaller. Since your not an expert cartoonist it's normal to make mistakes.
