Description Design comission for . She wanted me to design her an eastern-like night/star goddess dragon. Well, this was the result: one of the most intricate creatures I've ever designed -.-'.

Somatra, being the goddess of the stars, leaves stars with each step she takes and with each whip of her long tail. Her horns and whiskers are actually made of constellations, with her horns(which are produced by her crown) being able to change shape according to her mood. For example, when she is angry, her horns will change their shape to a very aggressive animal's.

Somatra also has a constellation companion called Illumis, he is a dove, in case you can't identify what on Earth I was trying to draw there XP.

Designing her was hard, I must say, but I really like how she turned out. I'm very proud of this one :3.

I use Paint Tool SAI. I also never count the hours, but it took me about two days to finish the design.
