I just love the scene where he's playing a scarecrow... when the boy discovered what the scarecrow actually was it was too late already...

I love the colouring. Watercolour to controll for some, but you've nailed it :] The colour combination is great.
However, I don't think he looks creepy o.o He looks more or less mysterious... Kinda like you wanna know more about the him. When you look at his face it's like you wanna know his story. Like how he became a scarecrow. 
I love the small details, like the cobweb and spider. The crows looks great as well.

That is the Creeper from a horror movie called Jeepers Creepers. (my favourite monster by the way
