omg! Have you used prehistoric spiders as inspiration to these (for the size and pincers)? Or those REALLY freaky tunnel spiders?
BTW: The best giant spiders I've seen in any kind of fantasy universe

Oh, those are based pretty much on the common Sydney funnel web spiders! Except for the size and venom though.
