Wow, very nice! And a whole lot more realistic than what happened in the movie. I mean, come on!, he was perfectly dry after spending who-knows-how-long submerged in a lake! The icicles are nicely done, and the little dipper is a nice touch. It kind of shows that Jack, though mischievous, is a kind spirit and doesn't intend to cause harm, otherwise the little dipper would have flown away in a panic, rather than sit there all calm as the newly born spirit crawls out of the ice mere inches from its perch.

Really love the style and grace you put into this. I think it's hard to create a sense of something as intangible as "heavy" in art, and you really succeeded here. Great!

I prefer this heavily to the Jack Frost as depicted in the cartoon. Your version looks far more frosty and more like a serious character than the cartoon one, who just irritates me.

This is really beautiful! It feels a bit weird to me to have "cold" as a positive entity in the movie (which I haven't seen yet, I'm basing this on what I know of it, so I might be off... ), it would make more sense to have it as neutral, and closer to dark than to the other festive or positive spirits... (well, I tend to see dark, and fear too, as neutral entities too, that can bring both positive and negative things, and this means I'm missing the point of the whole movie I guess XD )

Sorry for rambling! Again, this looks really great, and I love how the brown of the little bird, the only living, warm being here, stands out!

Lumessa on jotain mystista, niinkuin kynttilän tai takan liekeissä jolloin ei voi muuta kuin tuijottaa ja unohtaa kaikki muu mitä ympärillä on. On ihanaa kun sataa lunta ja kaikki on valkoisen vaipan alla, johon useimmat ihmiset kuolevat kun eivät ole nykyajan hyvien aikojen alla ymmärtäneet tätä valkoisen saharanmeren mahtia. Mystisen tappavaa ja silti niin lumoavaa, niinkuin tulikin.
Lumi sun kuvassa on upea ja tulee mielikuva kaikista niistä ikimetsistä, joissa en ole koskaan käynyt vaan lukenut kirjoista ja satukirjoista. Toivottavasti sellaisen mettän saisi ihan oikeastikin joskus nähdä

This is stunning! Like what someone else said, this also is probably one of the best drawing I've seen of Jack Frost. Don't worry too much about it being depressing. His past and inner conflict really was sad.. It's good to see more art of him that reflects that.
