He's a character from I adopted from the lovely
Still my favorite adopted child <3

Character Bio-
A rich billionaire paid a mad scientist to create a cure for his daughters allergic reaction to plants, and so the mad doctor fused a sample of dna from her hair with a few plants to see if he could create a formula. The result was creating "Skeal" which as a result got the scientist fired since the billionaire felt like his money and time was wasted. So he grew up with the mad doctor, became a mad scientist himself but not just any. An EVIL mad scientist! With the super secret super plan to pollinate the world, so that bees can take over the world, THEN HE CAN TAKE OVER THE BEES, AND THEN TAKE OVER THE WORLD! He truly does consider himself a genius very much.

He of course needs the funds to do such a plan, so he's trying to get the signature of approval from a man called Machiavelli. An evil dude from "The League Of Unspeakably Horrible And Evil Things". Skeal is however super low rank on the ranks of super evil, in fact he doesn't even place on super evil, regular evil, or tiny evil, not even unrated evil. Nah, he's so low on the ranks he's on the hazbin list of wanted sidekicks which he clearly thinks is a mistake because he refuses to be anyone's sidekick.

Personality: Cocky, overly confident of himself, stubborn, attention whore, selective genius, has a MASSIVE ocd with having everything in order. Crazy to the root, Vain, Easy to hold a grudge on others. Wants to do fancy evil, killing isn't his style, but he isn't against it. He's to the core very selective and self contradicting.

Bonus info-
-He's obsessed with creating plant based weapons, his prized possession being a gun he calls "The Pollinator".
This crazy obsession isn't something he can switch off, it's in his nature as a weed to want to infect the world with plants.
-Despite being a horrible villain, he has a lot of enemies not all of which being "heros".
