Description

This is about as flattering as it gets, being asked to design a tattoo for someone. It's not just a piece of paper, it is someone's flesh and it will likely remain with them foe the rest of their life. So, I take it pretty seriously! The client is very happy with it, so I am very happy as well.

The subject is based off H.P. Lovecraft's creations, in this case the war between the Great Race of Yith and the Flying polyps. The obelisk is a living war memorial of sorts. The Effigy of Hate is mentioned in the 2006 Malleus Monstrorum, but I am told this might be the first visual representation of it.
