i have found SO MANY people trying to take this picture and mark it as their own work!!!! it makes me so mad because this particular piece was very special to her, and when she first posted it and it became so popular she actually got very very upset over it and didn't know what to do about it. then people began getting it tattooed and things, and she was very distraught. she's come to terms with it since then, and i drew it before i knew the origin but as soon as i found the original artist i made sure to credit it. nothing boils my blood more than art theft! grrr! if you see anyone trying to rip it off be sure to tell her, i see it on tumblr all the time and i always change the source muahahahaha

I hear you there! I left a big fat comment on their deviation too. It's soooo annoying not to mention insulting. I wish people would grow a pair and just ASK permission. 99% of the time, artists are totally chill with it as long as you talk to them; you don't have to steal.
