Absolutely magic Marion, I am in love with those water droplets! I'm guessing that is a flower petal of some sort? You always keep me guessing with these type of shots, adds interesting mystery. Great crop and the exposure is on point, brings my eyes right were they need to be.

The stark white contrasting against the black background, the water clinging for dear life ... it's a celebration of life to me. In its most primal, basic nature.

I had no clue what this was on my devwatch so had to look...the detail in this is gorgeous. Your use of blues, as in much of your work, is done with a very keen awareness of the detail you're bringing out. It's a picture brimming with the essentials of life, yet you've stripped it of it's warmness and turned this to the "coldness" and analytical nature of a sculpture. And that has a lot of validity, at least in my book.

hauntingly beautiful.
cuts deeply with a bittersweet edge that illuminates even the
shadows of the heart.
