"There are nights I awake from my nightmares, my body trembling in fear, my muscles cramped in pain and my skin glittering wet in the moonlight. I can still see the eerie green of the lifestream closing around me, choking me until there is nothing left. These are the night I remember him so clear as if he would be standing right next to me, as if I could hear his voice, see his smile. It’s been years already since he left for that assignment and never came back, never called again, never wrote back. I try to get up as silent as possible and walk down the stairs to get out. In these nights – no matter what time of the year I need to get out. I need to feel the wind on my skin, I need to smell the flowers of the garden... I need to feel the rain should it fall in that night. I’ve never been claustrophobic, but after these nightmares I feel trapped – like a animal caught in a cage that is way too small. And finally once the fear has disappeared in the darkness of the night I start asking myself where these dreams come from... and why they always leave this feeling of loneliness behind. Every time I look at the stars then it seems to me as if I hear a voice whisper. “Remember me!” and all I can answer is “Come home!”

I know that the garden next to Aerith's house is just having flower-beds and no grass, just bare with me here!
