Vielen Dank! β₯ Diese kreidige Struktur kommt sicher vom Papier, ich benutze meist recht raues Papier und reibe mit den Buntstiften Schicht fΓΌr Schicht drauf. ^^ Freut mich, dass es dir gefΓ€llt.

I'm a huge Hyde fan(who isn't?) even if I don't always like his animal print. I can't tell in this picture if he's mad or scared...or both... and what kinds of crayons did you use?

I just use cheap crayons, those which you can buy everywhere, haha. Those aren't special ones but I also can't tell you the brand since I use different ones.

Really? You just use cheap crayons? You know they have the professional ones out there, why don't you go get some of those? Seeing what you can do with cheap ones, I can only imagine with real ones!

Eh, you could always save money. Some pretty decent sets are available for $40, but it you wanna go all the way go for the $80 sets. I just don't have any because I don't work with color a lot.

Well, when you put them side by side with crayola....YES! They make them in different kinds of waxes and softnesses and of course you can custom make your own shades. This was done in primsacolor crayon I think if you wanna see the result:

You really should for Christmas, I'd love to see you work with some real art tools. I know for like forever I sketched with normal 2b pencils and lead pencils and that gave me the basic knowledge of how to draw, but after I got some actual tools and the right erasers I started moving forward. I'm still not all that great, especially compared to what you do, but oh well. Some people are just born with talent XD

I didn't know there was such a big deal over crayons until last year. It's a really big deal, some of the major artists who sell for a couple thousand dollars a piece use crayons! It's surprising you don't know about graphite pencils though, I thought that was just common knowlege...as good as you are in your artwork, it seems like you don't know a lot about what tools are available. Have you ever taken an art class?

I just have art as subject as school like math, but there we don't really learn anything about the tools. Of course I know there are different kinds of graphite pencils, like 2B, HB, 2H... but I never tried ones from a expensive brand. Because my parents aren't really interested in my drawings and have never bought me drawing tools so far.

Ah, see my parents aren't artistic either. I have to buy all my art materials. Last year for christmas I had to buy myself an $80 drawing kit, lol. You should check out some youtube videos or go to prismacolor.com to check out the available art tools. You'd be surprised what's out there, they make pens designed to blend other pens! I used to know one guy who did all his artwork with cosmetics. It was genious really, he used different shades of foundation and eyeliner of different colors, and his artwork smelled really nice, lol! But it cost a crapload(about $300 a month) and he got some pretty funny looks at the cash register.

I edited it so now there isn't any computer coloured background anymore. You're right, that totally ruined the drawing and since it was that old I didn't even notice. Thank you! β₯
