Ooookay, this took me like... forever. I loved drawing the horse, but the background, honestly - it made me mad.
Anyway, this is my own character Salto in a rainforest, as you can see.

I started this piece almost two weeks ago when I rode a bike to the stable to my last riding lesson in this "spring". So, after my lesson, I went to watch the next lesson my drawing equipments with me. It helped me to learn more about horses muscles and anatomy. Anyway, this horse didn't took me so long and I finished it week ago when there was a real thunderstorm in here. I'm pretty prund of it, it worked out so well.

So, the background... that was the part that took me forever. I'm really bad at doing backgrounds and plants, and then I desided to do jungle and also a river and rocks - what an idiot I am!
Well, there's seven different colours in the river, flowers... they're not very cute and the rocks - well, those are the best rocks that I've ever drawn and I don't know if they're good or not.

I had a lot of fun with this, I also went mad because of the background aaaand - I mostly like this picture very much. So, I guess it was worth of it?
