The user is able to turn himself into a Shadow Being in which he can manipulate/stretch/alter his form, allowing him to attack by creating spikes, blades or to change into shadow beast shapes.
Any animal can be mimicked but felines come most naturally to the user.
The brightness or darkness of the area he's can greatly affect what he's able to manipulate.
Bright areas | Diurnal Hours: He can turn himself into a shadow being and alter his own body using the shadows that make it up.
Lengthening and narrowing an arm to become a spear/blade, projectiles can also be formed.
Turning himself into a shadow leopard comes most naturally; Which is about the same size/weight of an adult man (6ft at withers), much bigger than a regular leopard.
In this form he relies on his own strength during fights, no Esper power bonus is applied.
Regular STR, AGI & END stats, no bonuses
Dark areas | Nocturnal Hours: He can absorb the other shadows around him to add to his own mass.
This allows the user to grow giant claws without losing mass to the rest of his body, or growing shadow wings, turning into a larger shadow creature all together.
Larger versions of animals can be mimicked, even changing into mythological shapes such as dragons, even dinosaurs if desired.
Mimicking the sounds said creatures can make is also achievable.
Attacks use Esper POW stat: AGI & END gain +1 buff
He can also partially transform, such as only a shadowy tail appearing; Whilst not effect for offensive combat, agility is enhanced in dark area's.

[ Limitations ]
Flash bombs: Added mass shadows (shadows he's obtained) can be 'burned' off by bright lights in a dark area. This will cause any large forms he's transformed into and shrink them down but his own mass wont be damaged.

Ambient Light / Diurnal hours: Though he is able to transform into shadowy form during day hours and in well lit rooms, any attacks are less powerful. Ambient light also dulls the shadows effectiveness and ability to hold their form against attacks.

Time limits, Diurnal hours: Up to an hour solid the shadow body can be held comfortably, going over this time will cause the ability to fade away, forcing it to stay active will exhaust the user physically.

Time limits, Nocturnal hours: 3 hours maximum solid the standard shadow body can be held. Transforming into a shadow beast depends on how big it is, the larger the animal the less time he can hold it before it burns itself off (not affecting his own mass). However forcing a large form to hold longer than he should causes physical and mental exhaustion along with heart palpitations.

Biography
Personality: Secretive / Aloof / Protective / Stubborn / Loyal / A little cynical and bitter

History:

Damon grew up in a small city in the UK with his mother and would later have an adopted little sister named Evie. Signs of an Esper first showed as a child, he could suddenly see through the shadows; A panicked mother would get him to the hospital but of course no one believed him and after testing for months on end was referred to a psychiatrist for 'acting out' excessively. This went on until his early teens and left a lasting imprint on him, being in hospitals would send him into panic attacks and in order to vent his frustrations he took up parkour. He soon realised that telling anyone about his 'episodes' wasn't safe and kept any other occasions to himself.

He was able to complete his studies in Zoology and would move to Canada to work in a zoo in Toronto, there were a few times his 'episodes' happened but during the years he managed to control them more and find them to be less random. He'd come to care for a snow leopard cub who was struggling to feed and raised her until she was strong enough to fend for herself; The cub was called Daenerys and the bond the two formed was incredibly strong, something that would be tested later on. Daenerys would come to save Damons life during an attempted raid at the zoo and it caught the attention of certain people. The pair were transferred to the Agency and records of Damons 'episodes' were in the Agency's hands.

The pair were Soul Bound and went on a number of missions together, however Damon was less than willing to use his ability unless truly needed, in fact he found himself in less control of it and a suppressor was needed to keep it tame. He slowly but surely became withdrawn and nightmares of being trapped in the dark began to plague him. A very strange Time Travel would soon push the Feral very close to the edge; He was thrown back to before his parents split up and witnessed where his ability came from, his father of all people. He witnessed the break up of his parents (He was 1 at the time) and watched as his father disappeared into a shadowy mass. Realising that this is what he could do was too much and he fell into depression, delving into self harm and dark thoughts clouding his mind. This behaviour carried on, hidden, for months but a trip home and a heart to heart with his mother managed to bring him out of it, enough to stop harming at the very least but he was unable to fully explain what was wrong, he didn't want his family to be dragged into what 'work' he did.. The less they knew, the better.

#EyEsOnMe
The #eyesonme event would certainly be a turning point for the former Agent and many others. He was part of Rome team to investigate but would be caught up in a situation where both his and Daenery's life were in danger, buried alive and their hearts being crushed; The stress of the violent attack, being trapped and fear of losing his partner caused his esper to rapidly pulse and evolve to the form it was supposed to take, it saved both their lives and though it was frightening, a weight felt like it had been lifted and once they were finally evacuated, he found wielding his esper came oddly naturally.

During the year of Espers being a known thing, the controversy surrounding them and the Agency being gunned down, he made the decision to stay away from home, wanting to keep his family safe but he knew his mother would be worrying about him, he wasn't even sure if she'd seen the footage he was caught in. He managed to get a letter sent to her, just to let them know he was okay and would come home as soon as he could. With the survivors of the Agency Attack moving to Vancouver, he moved with them and managed to settle into an apartment and find a job in a local bar, having a normal job felt.. nice..

As time passed he found himself to be in much greater control of his Esper, but the events of what had happened left him with a bitter and cynical outlook on the public and how Espers were treated, he knew this was expected but still, part of him didn't want to re-join as a Vigilant because of this, why should he help them? Thankfully his loyalty to his friends and past leader was stronger than his bitterness and he stuck around to help those who needed it. They'd be proven wrong.

The Esper sat quietly on the rooftop over looking the city, the sun had set hours ago and the city was busy with nightlife. Luckily it was dark enough for him to sit without being disturbed, well, dark enough for them to sit without being disturbed. A shadowy tail swayed behind him, something that felt oddly natural to him as a voice finally spoke.

"You're still debating on whether its worth helping them, aren't you?" He looked towards the snow leopard beside him, amber eyes staring into his own and huffed, looking away again, "I'm still not used to you talking." A new feature she'd been given, Daenerys, a collar designed to give her a voice. "And you think I am?." She looked over the city, used to noised and smells it carried, she knew her partner had been unsure of this new role but she also knew he wouldn't stray from this path, it wasn't in his nature.

"I know its harder to help them now.. But don't prove them right, that we're the enemy. We can be smug in proving them wrong." A little petty but her partner smiled, she was right.. and being smug wasn't always a bad thing. He sighed and ran his hand through her fur, soft as always, "Can't argue with that I guess... C'mon, I wanna go to bed." He stood, the snow cat following suit and the pair silently leapt and bounded off the roof and into the night.
