Yay for a free-to-use CSS! So yes this means you may use this for yourself!!Rules to keep in mind:
Do NOT remove the crediting section!!You can fiddle with the code and layout if you like but unless you make some MAJOR changes (AND change the design), you MUST leave the crediting section!The brushes (grungy ink lookin things) are from ~stainlessstars . So thanks much to that deviant!

FIXES:
OOPS! I forgot something in the instructions file. You MUST set the mood location to TOP! if your menu items are long (more than like, a word lol) take off 5-10px on the width under .rightif you're finding the footer section is running off the little block thingy, go to the .footer and take off 10px on the width (if it's running off the side) or 10px off the height if it's running off the bottom.BIG EDIT: I've added a larger version... by larger, I mean it's longer with a larger section at the bottom for your stuff. It's also a tad bit thinner to fit 1270x768 comfortably. So when you download, there will be a LARGE background and the normal one. There will also be CSS for both those.
Please remember to host your own backgrounds!

I have a problemo

So, for the most part I have the graphics and layout tweaked to my liking. However, I wanted to know how to get the "menu" with a scrolly bar too.
I figured out the code is
overflow: auto;
But I'm not sure exact where under .right{ I need to put it. Can you help? ;.;

put the overflow line under ".right {" anywhere. not ".right a{" or any others... the first ".right". that's the section that defines the physical characteristics of the box itself.

hm... only reason i can find for WHY is because it's not set to inherently have a length. try adding
height: 400px;
mess with the height til it fits in the layout. hopefully that works lol

I have a question though. Is it okay if I revamp the entire graphic design of it? I still want to use your CSS code, so I'll leave your name in the credits for the journal, but I want to change the background and stuff. I want permission before I go and do it <3

Ok, I didn't totally understand what you said... and my Russian isn't good enough to just say "write it in Cryllic!" So I'm going to try... and you tell me if I'm right or not.
You got confused with the code after downloading... because you want to add the stamps on the menu on the left...? If that's true, then on the heading, where you put the code for .right you need to put the thumbs for the stamps there.

Locking the position... it SHOULD be locked as I always make the position: absolute and then fix the position via top: xx or left: xx or whatever. And I saw that you're having issues with IE... hm. Mess with the .content section in the CSS. It's set so that it moves left/right/up/down from the "center" position (since you put
so the margin is what decides how far left/right whatever it starts. Now... how to make it work for both firefox AND ie... 
it's a bit of a pain, usually. I try to avoid using really odd functions but I've never heard of anyone having a problem with this one on IE... blarg. AND I use firefox so i can't even see what the problem is lol I'm sorry... try looking up pages on Google for IE/Firefox CSS fixes... there's actually a bunch of problems in making things work for both.👍: 0 ⏩: 1
yes i know what you mean about getting codes to work in both IE and FireFox, it is a pain. But the problem in IE right now is that the best of the best section is in the wrong place.. and it's really odd as it looks perfect in firefox.

Well it's not totally unheard of for it to look perfect in one and not the other... but that's common only when you start using strange codes... which you're NOT. You're using pretty basic code to get what you want so I really don't know what to tell you

ooo hm. well the menu... it seems like you're just using long titles and it's sorta cutting off... to make it actually go along a little more without running off the menu bar, go to .right { and change the width to something like 10-15 px smaller. that should fix that a bit so it's not falling off
and the footer... what do you mean by deeper?
