Description Egg tempera and acrylic paint on canvas board. 7.5'' x 3.5'' (190 x 90 mm)

Hilton Of Cadboll pictish stone, painted in an insular manuscript style.

References used: the Book Of Kells; the Lindisfarne Gospel; the Battersea Shield; the Wandsworth Shield; the Aston Mirror and the Tara Brooch.
