to be honest, I'm not sure D:
because just to be safe I put my figure in a display case away from the window and use lamp in it C:

You've got some very good tutorials, I hope more people will learn from them.
About cleaning, something that I've found to be working quite well is the sprayable solution used for cleaning glasses [I mean those you put on your face, not windows and bottles and the like...], lcd monitors or camera lenses [then you wipe it off with a microfibre towel]. It works for stains where soap fails. Also, for dusting off complicated crevices, the air pump used to blow off dust from lenses works pretty well. I don't have a display case and my figures always get so dusty :[ I've seen some really cool ones, with LED lights, completely transparent... Too bad I don't have any more space for something like that.

wont water get stuck in between the joints?
do you dis-assemble the main joints (hands and legs) so that they can dry?

Is that also refer to Nendoroids? Aren't they gonna loosen up if I put them into water? I always do that to my Digimon figures and I noticed that, they loosen up a bit because of the way I clean them up.. ^^ BTW, my Digimon figures were almost 8 years from me. And they're all okay, thought they loosen up a bit.. ^^

This is actually pretty helpful. My Zoids models have been getting dusty as of late. Might try this on 'em sometime
