HISTORY:
Not exactly the most booksmart student, Joella's main motivation for continuing to go to Muggle school was due to her involvement with the school baseball team. Playing for the team and being able to showcase her physical prowess made going to school a lot more tolerable, but even then, she'd always wanted something a little more for her normal and average Muggle life.

And so, receiving the letter of admittance to Hogwarts was a huge and very pleasant surprise for Muggleborn Joella! She'd always dreamed and fantasised about being a superhero, with superpowers. Magic just seemed like The Thing for her, a brand new adventure way more fun and interesting than boring grade school!

She's always been more into sports and physical activities, and is hence most looking forward to flying lessons! She really hopes to eventually make it on the Quidditch team as a Beater. Adventure AWAITS!

NOTABLE RELATIONS
Aunt: Outside of Hogwarts, Joella stays with her young aunt. Her parents are travelling around Europe, coaching teams as sports coaches. She speaks the most with Joella about her magical adventures and is highly fascinated with the wizarding world. She works as a journalist but has promised Joella never to speak of the wizarding world to the Muggles.

Parents: Joella's parents are baseball coaches, and are currently training and mentoring teams around the UK and Europe, prepping them for international competitions. They know very little about the wizarding world, other than what their daughter chooses to write to them about.

- Born in America but migrated to the UK because of her parents' work!
