Description Yyyyyyyyep. Actually, I'm just making this because my last ID is from 2009. D:

My 14-year-old self would be disappointed, but I draw better than she does so I don't give a shit what she thinks.

I think that bald man is gonna find you one day, cheer up!
When I was a kid I thought I was gonna draw videogame characters, now I'm about to mayor in biotechnology, lmao but i don't feel comfy with the science enviroment where I live (too way competitive). What do you in your current stage of life? I'd love to re-start my childhood dreams but I have no idea how.

Haha, thank you. Maybe the science environment in your neighborhood will change a bit by the time you graduate, or you might find work in another town- you never know! I'm currently a Sequential Art major. I switched from video games to comics, so I don't know if that's much more realistic or not, lol. I didn't really restart my dream, I just realized my passion wasn't with game development. I think you just have to keep trying new things and see what you love most. Teachers and parents always urge students to pick a career choice in high school, but I think most people don't narrow it down until college.

Yeah, I was under a lot of preassure when chosing my career and I now i'm starting to feel regretful, I'm starting to feel I actually hate this science thing! Do you do comics for a living or you need to work in something else?
About science changing in my local town, i don't think so (seriously we live in the stone age and it's getting more and more people). Interesting how do you got into comics? Are there universities that teach you those careers where you live or are you doing it all by yourself? Is there any chance an argentinian boy that lacks experience can enter the comic career too xD maybe scholarships from an university?
Sorry if I make too many questions, this is something new for me (I discovered tablets at my late 20's omggg) and I feel my life's changing, or that I want to change it (my current life boooores me)

Oh, I'm not doing comics for a living (at least not yet), but it's the industry I want to break into at some point, along with storyboarding and/or illustration.

Aww, that sucks. D: Well, if that's the case you may have to change locations when the time comes (if you stick with biotechnology that is). I looked through some of the openings for jobs in the art industry (out of curiosity, I don't expect an art-related job at this point in time, lol) and most of jobs available are a ways from my hometown. I've kind of accepted that at some point, I'll have to leave little ol' Kansas and head to the East or West coasts for work.

And yep! There are a few universities that have Sequential Art majors. The school I go to is SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), but I know of a couple other schools in the US that have similar programs. I think Minnesota College of Art and Design calls it "Comic Art" and School of Visual Art) has a Cartooning program. I'm not sure about the school outside the country, you'll have to do some digging around to found out more.

Haha, that's okay! I don't mind answering questions. I just hope my answers are okay. XD

LOL I think we all set high goals for ourselves when we're young. XD Hell, when I was 12 I thought I'd have a record deal by this age. Man how things change over time.

Aww, better than them yelling at you, I guess. XD If my younger self found out she didn't draw the big, shiny-eyed animu she thought she would when she got older, I can't imagine she'd be too quiet about it.

My younger self would complain that I spend too much time writing (something I used to hate greatly) and not enough time playing video games.
