Yup, indeed Himaruya did. Unfortunate, I find it a bit sad that whenever someone explains it to some people's OC's, the OC creators usually argues back. :/ However, I appreciate seeing designs for the characters Hima-papa was going to design. ^^

maybe a few steps to explain how to make it and where to glue it onto

Of course~ You fold it at the beginning of the black box, if that makes sense. You glue it to the side of the head, so it sticks out.

Canada and America's curls are just cut out and glued on normally, but S.Korea's is supposed to stick out from the side
