Firstly, you've worked hard to incorporate the various elements into a single picture, paying attention to things like lighting, cutting out and colours. You can be sure a number of people can find this a believable blend from general look.

I myself find that the things that can give this illusion away the most are the lack of accurate light reflections. I can't say I'm an expert in using them myself, but I'm sure there are resources or tutorials that can point them out in more detail than I can. For one thing though, I think I can safely say that I don't feel that the tip of the candle would have a perfectly circular glow of light around it like that, the glow would be at least slightly circular in nature yes, but it would fade out a little more gently I feel. Perhaps studying a real candle's light might give you more idea of what I'm trying to say. Also, I sort of feel that the light it reflects is too... solidly yellow, like it's so singular, I'm sure a flame reflects more than just one particular colour but again it's something you'd need to look at in stock pictures to observe.

Next, I think I would recommend using fine edge lines to make a dramatic glow effect on the clothing, chin and wings nearest the candle. This is an effect that when used effectively, adds detail in a subtle and believable way, but also I feel, makes the image more mystical or magical.

Next, I think the choice of background suits the position of the character, and you've done a reasonable job of cutting the model out so that the edges are not obvious to the viewer. I do think that there is a little grainyness to the image, but I cannot tell if this is because of the choice of stock being too low in resolution or quality, or if you have added this effect on purpose. Either way, I personally prefer fantasy images to be a clearly presented as possible, to enhance the believability of the idea.

My last thought is to suggest that I feel like the warm solid yellow of the light is clashing with the bright blueish green and cold greyish blues of the image. I'd also suggest that the painted highlights on the lefts are too visible even with a soft edged brush used, try applying them with blend modes and varying opacities, and even erase, smudge or blur them to appear more accurate (as the reflected light on the exposed knee/leg crosses right over into the shadow).

I think I have to say in closing that my favourite part of the picture, is the expression on her face and the feeling of delicacy which I get from the way her hand touches her neck.
