Description
This league comprises the United Kingdom, Ireland and Iceland, so I've tried to incorporate elements for each (the left half of the Union Jack, the Nordic cross and the green of Ireland).Related content

If the LH part of the flag is supposed to be the Union Flag, then you need to cut the red diagonals in half leaving the lower half in each case. Like this (the thicknesses of the stripes don’t quite match, but I hope you get the idea):

You might also think about counterchanging or fimbriating the stars where they cross the white stripes.

As a Brit I'm fully aware of the proper construction of the Union Flag, but I just felt it looked nicer symmetric. The various national flags used as a basis are only there as inspiration rather than to directly emulate.
I did try counterchanging the stars but it looked odd, so I decided against it. I might have another look at fimbriation if I revisit it, though. I hope you like it despite the things you've identified though, and there are other flags in my gallery that you might be interested to check out, too.

Very clever with the Icelandic cross and the union jack...
But what do the three countries have to do with each other, apart from proximity? The English and Irish don't exactly have a friendly history, and Iceland has nothing in common with either one.
