Description I was on a cruise some time ago. Actually more than a month ago and did this afterwards. This one has been hanging in my pc for some time now and thought others might like it. Or perhaps not...

I did my best with the waves but it could have been better so I did some research and found about an ocean simulator and boy it does do some fantastic waves... Too bad I spend a day to make this when a better method was already there... Well... Next time i will use this instead. [link]

And on a final note thanks for Matt Ebb, Hamed Zaghaghi and ProMotion studios for this tool.

Edit: Updated and I desided to make the .blend file public. This uses Texture nodes, material nodes and composite nodes. But other than that, it's really simple.
You can download it from here: [link]
I'll release this file to a public domain. So you can just take it and use it.
I also put this specific (Not the earlier versions of this) picture open for those who just want to use it. Releasing it under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. Download the .blend file if you don't want to credit me or want to modify the 3D model itself.

Thanks. And it's a 3D render alright. Big thanks to glsl. Makes life much more easier when designing materials. [link]

And nice work with the Sea Duck btw.

Eh... GLSL is an openGL's shading language for gpu. More information in wiki. [link] Blender just allows to use shaders inside it's viewport. Not sure if other programs allow this but if they do it's definitely worh a while.
