We had our first snow of the season here today (which is weird because two days ago it was almost at 70). Don't let this fool you though; it only lasted about ten minutes and it was very light. Still cool though.Also, I never thought I'd actually use the snowflake-shaped brush to make snowflakes, but I think it gives it a different look, almost more like it's a design than actual snow.

That's weird, it's actually been colder down there for the most part (at least in South Carolina and Florida from what I've heard from family). We haven't had a whole lot of days that were below 30 unless the wind chill factored in. I think it's because New Jersey doesn't have an ozone, hah.

...It snowed here about... three or four weeks ago...
Thankfully, it didn't stick, and it still isn't; it just started snowing again yesterday. I figure, "At least it's in November, when it's SUPPOSED to snow."

I love all the effects in this! If only it was easier to mix Photoshop and Flash animation. You'd easily have the leg up on Homestar if your animations could always be colored like this. Whenever you add these coloring effects to your drawings, it always looks really appealing.

Yeah, even with the Photoshop-styled filters in the newer versions of Flash, I almost never find myself using them with anything, especially if it's animated. The most I've used is a blur here in there for some motion and a background sometimes. I probably could do the backgrounds in Flash, add some noise to them in Photoshop like I did here and then import them back into Flash, but to do something like that with a character...that'd be a bitch, haha.

It rarely EVER snows where I live.. well at not in the last 25 years or so.
