Description
This is an unsual choice of characters to fight each other, but trust me, they are the perfect match!
Keep in mind, Mandible will be in human size.Connection:
Both have a genocidal hatred for certain people (Gypsies and Workers, respectively).
Both lust over the female lead.
Both had a second-in-command who faithfully served them, until they questioned the immoral orders of their superiors.
Both fell to their deaths and were seen landing.
Who wins? I don't know. What do you say?

I would like to see also a Rourke vs Mandible as they both play the game of being innocent until their intentions are made clear. They also both use the female lead for their goals (well, sort of for Mandible, to marry Bala to control the ant colony and Rourke for Kida to unlock the crystal and then sell it). They also use the male lead into believing what they're doing is for "good". And like you said about them having companions, both work for them until they start questioning (well, it was more revenge for Helga).
But this is good as well!

If Mandible's going to be human-sized, then he'd win just from how Ant physiology works.
Ants are capable of carrying things several times their own size, and HUNDREDS of times their own weight. Especially the worker ants, though soldiers are no slouches in that department either.
Assuming that Mandible would also weigh as much as a human, I think not only would mandible win, but it would be such a one-sided fight because of Mandible's strength, durability, and formal combat experience, all of which would absolutely trump Frollo's.

You raise an interesting point.
That does bring me to another point, however, as far as to why Frollo would lose: What kind of Authority figures the two combatants are.
Mandible is the equivalent of a military general. Meanwhile, Frollo is a judge, which is a head of law. Military generals are typically much more experienced both in terms of strategy, and in terms of actual combat.
Let's scale him up to a human size, like you just did with the physics part of it. Even ignoring the fact that he has two extra arms over Frollo, I find it highly unlikely that Frollo would win, mainly because Mandible is still active as a military officer, and more active and up-to-snuff in terms of combat ability.
