postprocess is badly done (too much contrast - see overexposured rooftops, dark and noise sky) and composition too - both towers have any space. Sorry for my sincerely opinion.

This is not noise , it's film grain of the positive scans and might have none at all with the negative scans ,I'm not that much into processing , your comment is appreciated ,will visit to check your stuff too
