Tis a piccy of Sango. Can't decide if I want her heand up or down or what...so it's still all scribbly. Dunno what I wanna do with the other arm yet either.Chahah, on the side is my Gaia avie, and below is my best friend, Jude. I arranged the windows so that you can read his funny lil rant as well. =3 It's always entertaining when he rants.

I originally thought that her other arm was hidden between the first and her clothes (maybe they blocked it?), but now I see you drew none. I'd have her arm down, personally, with the back slightly arched as it is.
If you were to do a ermm.. vegitation background you could probably do something sad and bright at the same time. Like a um forest scene, or a plain/hill of grass and weeds and wildflowers so overrun you almost don't notice the tiny gravestones in the bright light.
Or have sorta the same scene but Miroku bound and gagged with a copy of 'PlayBoy' or 'Top Sexiest Woman' or some other magazine next to him and Kagome and Inuy arguing in the background, with Kagome waving her backback. And just let Sango stand there serene, hands clasped in front of her, smiling slightly.
And if you were to do a umm.. city background of some sort, I could see her standing at the marketplace, her hand holding onto her *blinks* bomeranger? (Gah! Brainfart!) And maybe just some plucked birds hanging in a shop window behind her?
Or just some shaded colors of oranges and grays and greens and pale reds and yellows. Sango colors? And her hand's on her hip behind her, or raised above her hand slightly twirled like she's performing? Hands half cupped, fingers open?
Or maybe you have your own background figured out. I think it's beautiful and will be right no matter what ye do. You're goooood.
^-^ And I adore that rant. O_o Only it's sometimes fox tails more often. Sayian tails .... (Or Sayiajin as Kitsu-chan would say. ^-^ Poor girl just found out her nickname of two years means 'Ass-chan'. o_O I've been callin' her 'Hairball' and 'Purrball-chan' though...)

I positively love the shading of her sleeves and top, but even the shade grading of the skirt is nothing short of impressive. Wow, really great. ^^ It's no wonder that you have such great friends-- if you're half as nice as you're talented, you'll be spouting happiness around like a sprinkler.
