I looked up Kiklop, same as cyclops? Do you like these AC characters or do you mean from my gallery in general?
Anyways, I'm not sure about the lights. At first, he had a spider head with many eyes, he was restrained by chains.
Then fur grew over his eyes and I gave him those glowing antennae. I can't decide if they are some sort of remote control devices,
or if they are his own extrasensory appendages. I guess I need a story to go along with him or just leave it up to you :]

They are interesting those little lights, they go good as 'energy' with his rage..
