I mentally link this with Shallow Breathing and Six... but there are also quite a few random associations that pop into my head.
...like the trailing breath and Fish bones bring to mind something like a shed snake skin....not the snake part as much as the husk, or remnant feeling... and the position of the eye feels like the mid stage of a transformation....I think of a flounder ..... whoβs eye travels during itsβ life from one side of its head to the other (going from a vertical to a horizontal fish.....)
i guess I see a sort of affected creature in the advanced stages of drastic alteration.Β
I also enjoy the halo of light.... ideas of worship strike me.... And I think about the meaning of the title....and the play between tainted and pure....
