I had a very interesting response to this ..... at first glance I thought of deep heavy thoughts and kind of a crushing sensation....
Then I stared looking at the individual sets of eyes and it seemed to me that although they were very similar ... each set had itβs own emotion...Β
... and then my brain took me over the edge .... and I think this is something I brought to the table .... I donβt blame you for it ..... but for a second I was kind of concerned that they wernβt eyes at all .... that if opened they would be like little lamprey mouths....

Well, the eyes are quite deep-set, i was going for a little of that trypophobic feel.Β So I guess an array of lamprey mouths would fit that bill.Β
Glad you noticed the transition of expression in the eyes. Aside from the fear factor, I also imagined a sort of transcendence occurring with each pair. I probably didn't exaggerate the difference enough.Β
