I actually can answer that question! 2 years after Nightmare Night (approximately, Luau meets Iron Strike). They were married not too long after that.

They met 2 years after Nightmare Night so that's when the original Luau/IS comic took place. They were married several months later. More specific than that, I can't say. I don't have events set to that level

In this case, it's a made-up berry plant that Landslide discovered. It has a series of medicinal properties.

Sublime seems to be correct here, afaik, the flowery bit for the plant that is Landslide's cutie mark is on the upper part of the plant.
The purple also seems pretty matching to Landslide's cutie mark as well for the lavender.
