Finally the set of nine is complete (after 3 months) and you can see the whole picture. Twilight in the center with all the others looking outwards away from her in a circle. For this, I redid Fluttershy and Twilight since I did such nice backgrounds and detailed hairs on everyone else (which was because I got better at this as I went). In the end, I thought it would be cool to have Cadence's background be a mix of day and night which makes sense since her hair suggests a sunrise or sunset.
By the way. Did you ever notice that each picture has the given pony's cutie mark hidden somewhere in the background? Some are more obvious than others.

You should TOTALLY do an epic crossover where Winter Willow, Rook, Luau, Crabapple, and Rose Petal accidentally travel forward in time to Ponyville and meet Spike, Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Rarity and go on an adventure with them seeking out a legendary ruin in a distant part of Equestria in order to teleport them back to their own time. Along the way they could meet the Cake and Apple Families, Rarity's mother and father, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and temporarily meet Celestia and (much to their surprise) Luna. ^_~

Interestingly enough, I did notice the cutie marks in a couple of them at first, but I wasn't sure if it was coincidence or not until I went and checked through all the other pieces (well, those that were posted at the time). Though I did have to take a really good look at Celestia's to catch hers. I wasn't sure if it was just a sun or her mark until I looked at the screen from an angle and saw the rays.

It's a run font that I had. It has no meaning other than what the font spit out when I typed Twilight and Celestia's name. The actual text is written in the description for Twilight's individual piece.

Oh good. When I first did Pinkie, she looked seriously off to me. I eventually figured out that I put her nose too low. I moved it up and it looked a lot better, but it's good to hear that it's your favorite because that probably means it's ok now
