For valentine's day, and I decided to write/draw about two characters from our victorian-era-themed story. These are Matthew and Abigale (aka our OC Charlotte's parents).I drew, Myrto wrote.

So, this sketch is drawn for this scene: Charlotte's Conception“Maybe he went out.” Edna said playfully as she watched Abigail waiting anxiously by their door to hear him retreat to his room.
The he in question was Matthew Beaufford, their young master; Abigail had been infatuated with him ever since she first came to work in this house, but at some point her infatuation had turned into love.
Edna, her fellow chambermaid and roommate, had been teasing Abligail relentlessly ever since Abigail had confessed her love for Matthew, but that didn’t mean she was a bad friend. Masking her concern behind playful words, she was only trying to make certain that Abigail would not get hurt in the process, since she was inexperienced and a bit naïve when it came to such matters.
Abigail frowned at Edna’s words. She had to find out. She straightened up, grabbed her candlestick and threw their door open; inspecting the corridor, she saw a dim light coming from the library. Determined, she stepped into the corridor, ignoring Edna
