i didn't want to frame this photo at allthere was something really calming about this room.
to be in it, it felt like how i used to feel when i built snowforts with this boy from my childhood and we'd sit in it together when it was all finished and i'd scooch over closer and closer and then we'd just sit there, shoulder to shoulder, floating on top of our snowsuits. it smelt like it too. you know that smell of being inside a snowfort? and then my mom would whistle and we'd go in for hot chocolate. then we'd go outside again and smash it.

I was walking downtown the other day, when i noticed the place where there used to be a restaurant. Kind of took me 17 years back to when i was a child, and i was happy...I was 4... waiting for french fries...and then i saw a ship for the first time in my life
