Yay! This is a historical point! My first spawn character ever to be uploaded.
Her name? Miranda Lipsky. Her parents? Drakken and Shego. *dodges bullets from non D/S fans* The way I figure it, Drakken and Shego dropped out of the "take over the world business" after Graduation, but it was a long and bitter road (they didn't become "good" overnight.) Finally, they settled down, got married and had a daughter - only one.
Why is her name Miranda? Sadly, I couldn't think of any zippy KP-style name to go with Lipsky, but I always thought Miranda sounded pretty.
And Shego might name her daughter something like that. Maybe... 
I picture her personality to be something like Sam on Danny Phantom. She's a unique individual, but somewhat pessimistic. She's good in Math and Science and loves Chemistry. She goes to MHS and is friends with Kim and Ron's kids. (I know, cliche'... but oh well.)
Stay tuned for more Kim Possible spawn. I have them in my mind, but I just need to draw them.
Oh yeah, I don't own Kim Possible and related characters, but I do own Miranda.

Shego: Well, I can't speak for my sisters [link] , but I always liked "Elyse", or maybe "Mary". You never hear that one any more! "Eleanor" is a really nice one, too, as is "Rose".

Ironically, I also have a Shego spawn named Miranda. Though, her full name is Miranda Joan Stoppable, not Miranda Lipsky.
As for the picture itself . . . I'm not sure. I'm really not. I don't have anything to say about it.
