Thank you very much! I think that Derek did a good job pretending to be a genius even though he was really stupid, meanwhile Tyler probably constantly got laid and was more of a party animal yet still kept his position as a the top-of-the-class student without even trying c:

Which is why Derek is pretty much useless without his healing touch I mean he constantly messed up back when he didn't have it, altough that doesn't stop him from being a total cutie who cares about everyone <3 And I guess that throughout the games he actually grew up and became a real doctor.
