In Windows 7 it was fairly easy to move by editing one of the system files with a resource editor like restorator or resource hacker. In Windows 10 as far as I know those files are better encrypted and the resources cannot be viewed as in Win7 anymore.

I use the Hebrew Windows, which is read right-to-left.
