Ever since I first saw them, I always thought of Scorbunny and Grookey to be partners.
I even wanted to pair them up in certain pieces of artwork alongside comics. (But that opportunity never really came up throughout the last 2 years...)
Since I'll be pouring a lot of time onto Pokémon Brilliant Diamond version soon, I decided that now would be as good a time as any to draw my 2 favorite starters from Galar!

Now that they have become the most strongest Pokémon in all of Galar, Scorbunny and Grookey dash off towards their next big challenge!

I haven't drawn Scorbunny in a while. So, I had to look through previously made art I made of it in order to make sure I wasn't getting rusty. For Grookey, I tried out some new colors that work well for it in Flipnote Studio 3D.
I made the background based off the colors for the Galar League since I couldn't come up with a natural or single-color background.

This isn't the only new art piece I've made featuring Scorbunny. I also finished making some traditional artwork. After a little thinking, I decided to keep it as an exclusive for my website. So if you want to see it for yourself, click on the link right here: meowco.neocities.org/PokeArtis…
