Description
Third and last starter that I made for the Fake Off 2008 Round 2 that is doing.

Evolutionary Method:
WOLVEAL (WATER) >>> LV. 18 (With Bite learned) >>> ??? (WATER) >>>LV. 35 >>> ??? (WATER/ICE)

Design Origins:
This Pokémon is heavily based on the wolverines (The animals XD) with a few things like a dog. It body is based also in shape of the fur of the wolverines (But with different colors). In its ??? evolutions its fur and back of the head start to froze (In the Stage2 it gains the ICE type). Its tailess state is because I refused to give him a tail The origin of the name is Wolverine + Seal (Just for the color). It learns Bite at level 16.

Why you designed it:
With my idea of follow the traditions of the starter I searched for an animal that would look good and matched the tradition (That pond/lake/water thing). Then I came to the weasels or another mamals that at least went to the sea, so I came with the Wolverine. Ohh, the claws and that thing of the face (That kind of mask made of other color of fur) are based on the wolverines, but in reality they are things made to represent Wolverine (This time is the Marvel one). Also I designed it because of the Fake Off 2008 Round 2
