I don't Minato should really be smash bros dlc at least not as the first Megaten representative. I think first we should have a Megaten representative first then the others. Jack Frost imo a better choice due to the series lacking an ice user after the Ice Climbers left and him being the series that created the mon genre in the first place leaves some potential for Pokemon interaction with him. He has appeared in several nintendo games even Virtual Boy, is Atlus mascot, and the face of the Megaten franchise from the mainline to Persona.
Not that Minato is bad pick, he has a good moveset and attributes potential, but I really do think Jack Frost deserves the spot more.

It's both, It's possibly like Robin change to Female Robin or male Robin.

I guess you can say that, but some people mostly call Male Robin as Robin, while people call Female Robin Reflet (the Japanese name of Robin) instead of just calling them both Robin. Minato on the other hand is kind of confusing, as he was named differently from the game, the manga and the anime.
