Description

As part of the stand-alone portraits I'm drawing of my favorite Rugrats: All Grown Up! couples dressed for their respective weddings, here's the companion piece to the preceding picture of Angelica in her wedding dress. As suggested by that picture's title, here we see Harold Frumpkin, all decked out in his tux and adjusting his bow tie, looking pretty happy that he's finally about to marry his longtime crush.
