As you probably expected from my last two submissions, the third installment in my "Codename: Kids Next Door Couples on Cloud 9" fanart trilogy gives the spotlight to my top-favorite (admittedly non-canon) pairing, Hoagie Gilligan Jr. and Fanny Fulbright. Oddly, there really isn't a lot that I can say about this drawing, though I think it came out looking really adorable, especially the lovey-dovey expressions on the couple's faces.
