For what's probably been years now, I wanted to draw a fanart featuring my favorite Codename: Kids Next Door coupling - Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 86 - under the mistletoe for Christmas. But for whatever reason, I never got around to actually drawing it until this year. So apparently, the scenario here is that Hoagie and Fanny are presenting gifts to each other and, as luck would have it, they've wandered under the mistletoe, which they both seem pretty happy about.
