This is yet another new Timmy/Tootie fanart that I decided to draw fairly recently, using a scenario I previously drew in one of my Jenny/Brad pics five years ago, and it is also another one of my few times I have drawn a background in the picture. In this picture, Timmy & Tootie have gone out to have a nice romantic picnic together in a grassy field.
Naturally, they appear to be having a wonderful time, as Timmy is now presenting his girlfriend with a lovely bouquet of flowers, much to her delight. Close by, Cosmo, Wanda and Poof have disguised themselves as flowers and are looking rather happy that Timmy & Tootie are having such a good time on their picnic.

I had another idea for a TimmyxTootie pic you could draw. Let's see, there's the scout thing, and...and...(snaps fingers constantly)...
...Wait! I remember! You should also draw a picture of these two causing mischief together. Kinda like Manny and Frida from El Tigre (yes, I've seen that cartoon around even though I don't care for it). And if you wanna add other characters to this one, I don't mind. Just not the scout pic.
Tootie could really use more of a rebellious side same as Frida, and she and Timmy oughta have the same friendly dynamic as Manny and Frida. Except unlike the blue-haired rocker girl, Tootie's outer appearance would BELIE her behavior, make her less stereotypical. It's just the kind of thing that should've happened on Fairly Oddparents in the first place.
