I created this picture by first drawing the pokemon, and then by coloring them in in Adobe Photoshop CS. It took me a long time to make this drawing. The only disapointment I have with it is that the water falling off the blowspout is way to big. But other than that, I'm proud of it.

this is amazing.. the.. creative license taken with gyarados is very cool, and .. i can't even recognize the dragon (salamence/whatever its real name is?)
what did you use to color this? cuz there's.. lots of different special.. effects.. and stuff.. ^.^
