Wow, the way you colored this, along with the Kritskrieg smoke being exhaled, it makes Medic look alomst dragon-like. The facial expression tops the whole thing. Lovely!

Yes, the lyrics, especially of the whole song, don't really fit, but melody, tempo, power and voice... were the first thing I thought of when I saw this delicious piece of art.
