ok 'll tell you ^^
1. find a screen shot you like. and then copy it.
2. open up photoshop. don't mess with anything just push the ok button.
3. Paste the picture. There should be a new layer over the background layer. if not make one then paste it.
4. over the copied screen shot layer make another layer.
5. make the screenshot layer alittle transpanent by changing the fill range of the picture.
6. using a hard brush with the size like 1, zoom in really close and start tracing over the the new layer.
7. this is where you can make changes to the picture like making a lineart of your original character.
8. begin coloring between the lineart layer and the screenshot layer.
9. once done coloring either use the smudge tool to clear off other parts from the original layer or use the brush.
then wha la done ^^
