Did the booth do well at AWA? I'm really interested in finding out how it went XD

The booth did okay, but sales were kind of slow. But most of the artists I've talked to said they didn't do so well either. Even Celesse (who was selling all the uber-cute stuff like the fox plushies) who is an amazing artist said she didn't do as well as she had in years past.
Maybe it's the economy. Who knows.

Most likely the economy, plus it seems like not enough people are drawn to the artist alley as they are the dealers room. I really think people should let it out a little more that the artist alley has much more to offer then just prints, that way maybe more people would go in there and look around. The room was really good though, it wasn't cramped like the past years.
Were you able to at least make enough to cover the cost of the table and materials, or was it more a loss then anything?

As a group of three people, we wer able to cover the cost of our table and our supplies, so pretty much we broke even. I was hoping that we would have had enough to pay for our room, (we squeezed 5 people in a room, so cost wise it wasn't too bad) but we had almost that much, so it wasn't too bad. I don't know if we'll do it next year for sure, but I really want to do it again in the future!
