how I feel right now in a nutshell, It's probably the worst year ever.I have a crappy job that won't let me transfer to another crappy store that's not as crappy as the one I'm in.
Got a speeding ticket right after my birthday.
Got into a car accident on my way to get my hair done on my boyfriend's birthday. Had to get my hair done at a different shop that I don't normally get my hair done at. Lady didn't do it right. Plus got a ticket from THAT car accident.
Can't find a job that's into the field I want to be in. And it's only because I don't have enough experience, but I need these jobs to get more experience.
for some reason a loan company is stating that I'm not paying them back and so the late fee is really high and they expect me to pay it off really soon, even though I've been paying them off like I'm suppose to.
and just today, 16 days AFTER my car accident, I get another ticket and I'm stopped right within my subdivision as I'm going home from the store because I had to get ANOTHER USB cord for my phone that's practically on life support.
Plus my mother rubs how succesful my brother's life is and how everyone around me is being successful with their lives except for me.
this sucks.... ugh....

that pretty much sounds like my life, except I don't have a girlfriend, my younger sister makes 3 times what I earn.. and had to sell my motorcycle...

elections, eh, I could care less about that. I'll care when I see sudden results. but right now, everything is so screwed up, it'll take a while before things become stable again.

that last part is easy to fix, tell your mother to shut up about it and leave/hang up. tickets aren't that bad, just come at the most inconvenient time, as for the job crap, we're all feeling it, my dad is three years unemployed, my mom's job was cut, and I may need to give up my three season athlete status to fill the income for the days my mom isn't subbing.

Recommendation: Stick it to the police by driving SLOW AS HELL. That tactic has a bonus of getting you better gas mileage, so it helps your wallet stay fatter as well.
You gotta get in touch with that loan company in person as soon as possible. Show up there in the morning and refuse to leave until your issue has been taken care of (you're obviously in the right if you've been paying your bill, so they either screwed up or are trying to screw you).
Lastly, look at it this way - you may feel like it's your worst year ever, but you got through it, so things are sure to get better!
