Hey.Sorry for lack of updates. AGAIN. -__-
So yeah...I'll just leave you with this for now. It's only Part One...it doesn't explain how to colour yet...just the basic stuff you need to prepare for watercolour. (In other words, I had to make it look like I was actually doing something...)
I've never made tutorials before so I'm very sorry. xD The colours/format are very ugly...
The deviation is "Healed".

Why do you need to tape it down?

Sorry about the terrible quality of the pictures. 
I don't think it's a MUST to tape it down...but it's a lot easier because the paper will warp and bend with water. =\ Plus, it leaves a pretty white border on it after you peel it off. xD
